Job Summary
Maintenance Employee needed to assist with routine maintenance, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs, as well as basic landscaping and groundskeeping (mowing, trimming) and supporting skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities include lifting and moving heavy objects, setting up/dismantling temporary structures for events, maintaining clean and organized work areas, operating basic hand tools safely, following supervisor directions, and performing general cleaning duties. Must be physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather, capable of working with a team, and willing to learn on-the-job. Opportunities for advancement within the maintenance team; overtime available (40+ hours/week). TreeHoppers adventure park in Central Florida hosts zip-line courses and welcomes school groups and parties.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
