Job Summary
Sweep garages, lots, curbs, stairs, walkways, elevators, and drive lanes while wiping handrails and cleaning windows with approved supplies. Empty trash cans, install liners, mop elevator landings, and remove graffiti or perform paint touch-ups as needed. Safely operate company vehicles and trucks, maintain a clean driving record, and perform regular structure and lot tours. Respond to service calls and equipment issues in a timely manner and conduct car counts at structures and open lots. Work up to 90% of the time outside, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and endure all weather conditions including extreme cold, heat, and high winds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to work in extreme cold, heat, and high wind conditions for extended periods
- Must have an acceptable and clean driving record that meets specific company policy
- Must be available for Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-7:00pm shifts
- Must be available for 4:00pm-12:30am shifts
