Job Summary
Conduct commercial maintenance work including installing shades, hanging curtains, changing locks, and performing minor plumbing, electrical, and handyman tasks. Travel to customer sites throughout a 50-mile radius in Delaware, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, with potential evening or weekend availability for emergencies. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 20+ pounds daily. Company provides vehicle, gas card, and tools. One year of maintenance experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
- Must be able to bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
