Job Summary
Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors, and service electronic equipment including PLC Ladder Logic and Fanuc robots. Perform fast-paced repairs to minimize production downtime by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling complex machinery while adhering to safety protocols. Execute and improve preventative maintenance, operate industrial equipment, and interpret blueprints and schematics. Maintain accurate records of repairs, equipment status, and parts used. Work daily overtime and weekend support as dictated by the production schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems
- certification, license or associate degree
- Ability to operate the forklift and/or scissor lift a safe manner and gain license within 3 business days
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level
- Must be able to lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Work daily overtime and weekend support as dictated by production schedule
- Read machine schematics
- Operate industrial equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
