Job Summary
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and industrial equipment, leading installation, troubleshooting, and repair of power distribution, control systems, motors, and VFDs. Train and mentor team members on safe execution of basic electrical tasks while maintaining accurate inventories of components and tools. Complete assigned work orders daily, provide progress reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and electrical codes. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Requires LME license and three years of hands-on industrial experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed electrician
- Industrial or commercial experience
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) years hands on commercial or industrial electrical experience under a licensed electrician
- LME License
