Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair electric wires, power appliances, machinery, fire alarms, and security systems. Maintain communication, signaling, and HVAC systems. Perform plumbing work on sinks, toilets, pipes, faucets, and sprinklers. Repair hot water and steam boiler systems. Install pneumatic systems, thermostats, and heating units. Operate snow removal equipment and perform basic landscaping, painting, and window installation. Maintain repair records and work schedules. Journeyman rate $31.11; RI Master's License rate $33.11.
