Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair electric wires, power appliances, machinery, fire alarms, security systems, and communication networks. Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, hot water boilers, and pneumatic equipment. Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, and window installation. Operate snow removal equipment and perform general landscaping tasks including mowing and tree trimming. Maintain repair records and work schedules. Journeyman rate is $31.11; RI Master's License rate is $33.11.
