Job Summary
Maintenance Electrician at North Star Windows & Doors within a fast-paced window and door manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include maintaining, installing, and dismantling machinery and equipment; troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; responding to equipment breakdowns and supporting timely resolution; performing preventative maintenance; reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards; identifying hazards; mentoring/apprentices as required; and supporting 24/7 operations with potential overtime. Must have a 309A or 442A license, or be an apprentice at level 2 or higher. Strong communication skills and CMMS knowledge preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with PPE in a manufacturing environment.
