Job Summary
Maintenance Electrical Technician 6 - 1st shift at Monroe Plant. Responsible for troubleshooting and repair, and providing technical support across electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. Requires proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance, Windows-based software, and strong interpersonal communication. Emphasis on safety (lockout/tagout), ability to work in a team, and familiarity with AC/DC circuits, PLC systems, and motor drive technologies. Travel: 1-5 trips per year outside location; relocation assistance not offered. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Training beyond high school including either an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or closely related technical field preferred, or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trade programs, military training or other training as applicable.
- Must be proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Must be proficient in Windows-based software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills; ability to work in a team; strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Certifications in any technical field or techniques is a plus.
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Electronic Technology or closely related technical field
- SAP Plant Maintenance proficiency
- PLC operation knowledge
- Electrical safety and lock out tag out procedures
- Experience with AC/DC circuits and industrial electrical systems
