Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment while executing general and preventative mechanical maintenance in designated facility areas. Maintain compliance with all documentation, safety, and operational protocols, and accurately complete required documentation for tasks and maintenance work. Transport tools and equipment as needed, ensuring all work sites remain clean and safe during and after job completion. Collaborate effectively with all departments, support supervisory direction, and communicate potential or actual downtime to affected departments to ensure proactive response. Prioritize safety for self, colleagues, and product integrity at all times while utilizing required personal protective equipment. Work flexibly across different areas of the facility, maintain consistent attendance, and demonstrate strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude with a proven problem-solving record.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman's License (required minimum for this role)
- Demonstrated strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective planning and organizational abilities
- Outstanding safety, attendance, and work performance record
- Strong computer skills and comfort with maintenance software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours or off-shifts as required
- Positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple departments

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in a related electrical or mechanical field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- High school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant industrial experience
- Certificate in Industrial Electronics or a related technical discipline
- Openness to off-shift training, classes, and seminars as needed
- Willingness to grow into more advanced electrical/electronics responsibilities
