Job Summary
Maintenance Electrical Engineer responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of plant facilities, troubleshooting day-to-day plant problems, coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance, supervising contractors, and leading a maintenance team within safety and compliance standards (PSM, ISO, API, OSHA, NEC). Will participate in design of new equipment, commissioning of projects, managing budgets, reducing costs, and ensuring reliable, safe plant operations. Requires BS in Electrical Engineering, ABET accreditation, and at least 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience; relocation package available. Focus areas include reliability-centered maintenance, RCFA, MTBF analysis, and collaboration with planners, technicians, and other departments to optimize maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
- ASME, API, OSHA, AWS, ASNT procedures experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
- Design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Familiarity with ASME, API, OSHA, AWS, ASNT procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented collaboration
- Attendance discipline
