Job Summary
Maintenance - Elect/ Mech 2nd shift: Perform major mechanical and electrical work including installation of new equipment, maintenance and repair of machinery, motors, generators, boilers, and air conditioning systems. Supervise a helper when needed, prepare bills of materials, troubleshoot electrical/structural/plumbing/equipment issues, maintain equipment parts lists, assist in equipment setup, and adhere to safety, environmental, and property protection policies. Requires flexibility, problem-solving, initiative to learn and improve, occasional heavy lifting and working in awkward positions. Travel minimal. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: 2 years; Knowledge of electrical/mechanical equipment; Able to analyze failures and prevent recurrence. Location: Racine, Wisconsin, USA (on-site).
