Maintenance & Driver

Conduct general maintenance at Dayton and Cincinnati locations, including minor plumbing repairs, furniture assembly, painting, and furnace filter changes. Perform regular deliveries between store locations and to clients using a company van. Manage lot and landscaping duties such as blowing off lots, salting entryways, weeding, fertilizing, and clearing debris. Clean showroom vents and liaise with outside service providers for trades and inspections. Maintain the van through washing and vacuuming. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to lift 60lbs, and bondable status. Based in Dayton.
