Job Summary
The Property Management Specialist performs on-site maintenance and operational support across multiple properties, handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs (painting, plumbing), janitorial tasks, apartment turnovers, route-based work, and KPI/documentation duties. Supports training for new employees, participates in safety trainings, maintains equipment and vehicles, tracks expenses and service reports, and collaborates with Property Managers and Regional Supervisors to uphold high-quality, safe property services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance and facility operations
- Proactive, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and projects
- Familiarity with safety protocols and KPI documentation
- Ability to perform painting, basic plumbing, janitorial, and moving services
- Comfort with equipment maintenance and vehicle/trailer upkeep
- Ability to complete expense reports and invoicing support related to property management
