Maintenance Director

Oversee all maintenance and repair activities, both planned and unplanned, to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment and assets. Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, materials, and equipment to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste. Conduct regular rounds of the facility to identify potential issues and take corrective action as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance projects align with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards governing maintenance and operations.
