Job Summary
Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work. Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units while developing preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and facility components. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track asset history, and analyze data for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to welding, electrical work, and mechanical operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics documentation, and MRO supplies inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes and customer service excellence through reliable facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or facilities environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in electrical systems repair, HVAC system troubleshooting, plumbing maintenance, welding skills, and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical equipment repair, Ohmmeters, and CMMS software
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear instruction and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety protocols, team motivation, and operational excellence
- Ability to perform detailed diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters or schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques as part of general facility upkeep is a plus
