Oversee proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventative maintenance. Implement quality assurance controls to ensure clean and safe physical environments for residents. Review cost controls for maintenance budgets in communities and work with vendors and group purchasing organizations to reduce expenses.
