MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Conduct daily facility inspections and oversee maintenance of all mechanical equipment, including water heaters, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment. Supervise and support the maintenance staff to ensure efficient, timely, and competent service while managing and adhering to maintenance budgets. Perform or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, plumbing, drywall, painting, and minor roof repairs. Maintain control of maintenance storage and mechanical rooms, ensuring proper use of all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
