Maintenance Director - SNF Regulatory experience required

Administer and direct the environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment, while procuring utilities and coordinating activities with other departments for safe, efficient operations. Attend staff meetings to ascertain and interpret facility policies for environmental staff, and direct safety, fire control, security, and civil-defense programs. Participate in facility infection control initiatives and assist in developing facility policies. Requires minimum one year of manager experience, clean background and drug screen, and U.S. work authorization. SNF regulatory experience required.
