Maintenance Director Senior Living

Perform general maintenance work daily, including replacing light bulbs, repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. Prepare resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets, and executing general maintenance tasks. Conduct daily inspections of the building exterior, ground equipment, storage rooms, and utility closets to ensure upkeep and supply control. Maintain accurate records of work done, inventory, and purchasing while managing expenses and controlling the master key system. Requires two years of related maintenance experience with formal training in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and refurbishing. Supervisory leadership experience is necessary. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
