Job Summary
Plan, direct, and control overall facility building and grounds maintenance while coordinating staff activities. Train maintenance employees on safety procedures, maintain equipment and parts inventories, and record repair work costs. Perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and physical labor tasks to ensure building systems operate efficiently. Set up meeting areas, assist families and visitors, and report issues to the Administrator. Comply with all applicable health care and safety standards. This role supports Priority Life Care's mission to enhance seniors' lives through affordability and independence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a maintenance position
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting
