Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family portfolio; lead capital-improvement projects, manage budgets, plans, and schedules; obtain and evaluate bids from contractors, supervise work by contractors and maintenance staff, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, develop energy-management initiatives, maintain inventory, manage vendor relationships, and prepare regular reports in coordination with the Property Manager and Area VP. Strong focus on developing standardized policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality facilities for residents; requires excellent interpersonal, administrative, and managerial skills and proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Excel, and AutoCAD if applicable.
