Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on interior and exterior buildings and equipment while performing repairs in occupied apartments and renovating turnover units. Manage vendor relationships to monitor outside work and ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations. Demonstrate strong organizational skills for time management and adapt to changing department demands, remaining available and on call for emergencies day and night. Actively participate in team efforts to promote the mission and values of Cascade Living, focusing on creating a culture of wellness for residents and employees at Emerald Valley Assisted Living.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
- Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
- Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
- Experience in grounds maintenance, electrical and plumbing repair
- On Call for Emergencies Required
- Weekend, Holiday, and Occasional Evening Availability Required
- Background check
