Maintenance Director

Job Summary
Maintenance Director responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of the facility, including building, equipment, and utilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations, coordinating with other departments, managing budgets and resources, performing routine and emergency maintenance, supervising staff, and maintaining records. Must manage preventive maintenance, safety programs (including fire safety and drills), and on-call facility emergencies while supporting an efficient workflow and safe, high-quality care environment for residents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience
- One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience
- Ability to operate equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work within a team environment
