Maintenance Director (Long Term Care)

Supervise all maintenance personnel and organize repairs for buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems through monthly testing and record-keeping, while performing routine checks on facilities, grounds, and minor carpentry work. Coordinate repair activities with other departments, orient new staff on safety procedures, and remain on-call for emergencies. Order supplies, manage storage organization, and attend department head meetings or sit on required committees. Work flexible schedules and adapt to facility needs while representing Greentree with professionalism and respect for resident privacy.
