Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations for a healthcare facility, directing daily activities of the maintenance department, managing a team of staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. Drive preventive maintenance programs, develop staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and uphold regulatory and safety standards. Requires strong leadership, budgeting, contractor management, and the ability to read blueprints and navigate healthcare facilities regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
