Job Summary
Maintenance Director responsible for community operations oversight, supervising Maintenance and Housekeeping staff, and directing preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the Independent Living Building to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being. Duties include planning, organizing, directing general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping; coordinating with other departments; evaluating staff performance; scheduling; and being on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Three to four years of maintenance experience (preferably in Senior Living/Multi-Unit Housing/Healthcare)
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and no major driving violations for the past three years
