Job Summary
Directs and manages the general and preventive maintenance of the facility and grounds to ensure regulatory compliance and a sanitary, safe, and accessible environment for residents and staff; develops, implements, and maintains infection control, waste disposal and Universal Precautions policies; supervises Maintenance Service department staff and orients new employees; oversees building appearance and grounds upkeep (lawn, shrubs, snow removal, litter removal); performs other duties as assigned.
