Job Summary
Maintenance Director at Green Oaks is responsible for leading a maintenance team in a healthcare facility, overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining records, and collaborating with clinical/admin staff to minimize downtime and support resident well-being. Required Qualifications
