Job Summary
Maintenance Director responsible for Life Safety Code compliance and maintenance of the life safety, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in a skilled nursing and assisted living facility, ensuring adherence to health, sanitary, and infection control policies. Oversees maintenance policies and procedures, supports leadership in customer-service excellence, and promotes staff development through educational programs and benefits designed to support well-being and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or a relative trade, preferably in healthcare or hospitality industry
