Job Summary
Maintenance Director responsible for skilled maintenance of the facility including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; ensures safe, clean, and available property; performs inspections, maintains supplies and equipment, and responds to maintenance emergencies on an on-call basis; requires knowledge of OSHA standards, ability to supervise upkeep, and adherence to property/community policies; daily duties include repair and upkeep, inventory management, and coordination with management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law.
- On-call maintenance availability
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Experience with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related maintenance tasks
