Job Summary
Maintenance Director leading all maintenance operations for a skilled nursing facility, ensuring survey readiness and Life Safety Code compliance; manages preventative maintenance programs and documentation; oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and emergency systems; coordinates repairs with vendors and contractors; partners with leadership to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff; responds to urgent maintenance needs and on-call situations; requires prior Maintenance Director or Supervisor experience and healthcare/regulated facility experience; strong knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, and compliance standards; hands-on experience with building systems.
