Maintenance Director (Full Time)

Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance, to ensure physical building and grounds are held to the highest standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance. Address resident requests in a timely manner to maintain satisfaction while keeping safety of employees, guests, and residents at the top of mind regarding environmental hazards and emergencies. Manage construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, and landscaping tasks with a focus on OSHA regulations and emergency response. This full-time role at Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Mentor location requires a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule with a weekend rotation from 10am-2pm. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess supervisory experience in apartment or multiple-unit maintenance, and hold a certification in HVAC. The position demands physical capability to lift over 50 pounds, work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather, and climb ladders.
