Maintenance Director - Elk River Senior Living

Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment. Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation while inspecting the facility regularly to ensure code compliance. Assist in purchasing supplies, operating vehicles, and supervising outside contractor services. Complete assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal and cleaning in accordance with facility policy. This role supports the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment at Elk River Senior Living, a Lifespark community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in Little Canada, MN.
