Job Summary
Oversee daily maintenance and repairs while managing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety compliance and respond promptly to emergencies as needed. This hands-on role requires experience in building maintenance and repair for long-term care environments, with flexibility to handle occasional out-of-hours incidents. Work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, offering a structured schedule within a supportive team dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable environment for residents at Complete Care Barn Hill in Newton, NJ.
