Maintenance Director

Oversee facility maintenance and repair for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services while developing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Manage a team of maintenance staff, coordinate cross-departmental communication, and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards. Develop and manage budgets for maintenance projects, identify and prioritize needs, and execute corrective actions and renovations. Troubleshoot complex maintenance problems to keep facilities clean, safe, and in good working order for residents at this sub-acute rehabilitation center.
