Job Summary
Perform all daily maintenance tasks directly, including preventative maintenance, routine repairs, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. Independently provide long-term facility improvement with hands-on maintenance support across the facility. Maintain and monitor all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds. Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies. Respond to after-hours emergencies and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning. Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with weekend rotations and on-call availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience with TELS system and regulations
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting experience
- Physical ability to perform manual work
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED
- Senior living background
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
