Job Summary
Maintenance Director responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the maintenance department in accordance with regulatory and company standards; maintain grounds and facility in first‐class condition; perform painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks; operate lawn and power tools; conduct daily facility tours, respond to maintenance requests, and be on call for emergencies; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand and move about the facility, and communicate effectively in English; on-site schedule 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, at the Tyrone, PA location; benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, daily pay, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), life insurance, and short-term disability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in a health care setting
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, push, sweep for extended periods
- Ability to work independently on long-term projects
