Job Summary
Maintenance Director oversees preventive maintenance schedules and repairs for a 136-bed skilled nursing center, using Building Engines and other facility-management tools; supervises support staff and contractors; maintains electrical, mechanical, and utility systems, grounds, and provides leadership in decision-making and urgent-response readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Two years’ experience in Maintenance in a commercial setting
- CFC Type I certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to read and write
- Basic computer skills (e-mail, Building Engines)
