Maintenance Director

Organize, direct, and supervise the facility's preventative maintenance and repair program for building, grounds, and all mechanical systems including heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and communications. Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to ensure patient care and business functions remain uninterrupted while regularly inspecting equipment and grounds for safety code compliance. Supervise maintenance assistants, assign duties, evaluate performance, and prepare reports on work performed and costs. Alternate on-call for emergency repairs. Maintain accurate records of work and costs, and manage supplies and equipment care. This role ensures all systems meet regulatory standards in our skilled nursing facilities in the Dayton area.
