Job Summary
Field-focused Maintenance Director leads equipment uptime, wash quality, and team capability across a region. Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance with real-time troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and chemical systems; training and developing technicians; implementing preventative maintenance; partnering with Operations to align site teams; driving safety, standards, and ROI. Uses simple maintenance routines and tools like MaintainX to plan, track, and improve execution while ensuring guest experience through high uptime and quality. Strong leadership, field execution, and problem-solving are required to consistently keep sites running smoothly and safely.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful pass of company insurance review
- Ability to lead training and development in the field
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics or similar systems (preferred)
