Job Summary
Oversee maintenance of community facilities, grounds, and housekeeping/laundry; manage outside vendors; ensure health and safety compliance; perform routine building maintenance; inspect equipment and test safety systems; conduct monthly fire drills; maintain inventory; supervise housekeeping and laundry staff; coordinate repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpets); maintain building certifications and inspections; require working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical work; valid driver’s license; HS diploma or GED.
