Job Summary
Maintenance Department Manager plans, directs, and monitors preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities to ensure facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably and efficiently; oversees maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment; collaborates with Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance; builds world-class maintenance teams, maintains parts stock, and oversees outside contractors; raises safety standards, coaches and develops employees, partners with HR on recruitment and discipline, and drives continuous improvement in production methods, equipment performance, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies
- 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 6 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
