Job Summary
Perform minor fixes for broken locks and wall damage, install appliances and equipment, and check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Maintain grounds through lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and trash collection, while completing cleaning activities like dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Replace light bulbs, inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems, and test the functionality of safety systems. Report resolved issues, those needing attention, and tasks currently in progress to the facilities or maintenance manager. This role requires a high school diploma, experience with hand and electrical tools, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position
- Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to contribute to a fun and friendly culture that thrives off of productivity and helping others
