Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for multiple associations in Leesburg, VA. Responsibilities include routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems; completing repairs in response to resident requests; grounds keeping of common areas and outdoor amenities; coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires prior maintenance experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, physical ability to stand/bend/climb/walk up to 4 hours daily, lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
