Job Summary
Maintenance/Custodian at Keokuk Catholic School performing custodial and maintenance duties: minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs; maintain light fixtures and boilers/AC; ensure safety systems; cleaning of hallways, restrooms, classrooms, and common areas; seasonal snow removal; documentation and coordination with inspectors and service providers; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, willingness to perform physically demanding tasks; daytime, full-time role with supervision from Head of School and Business/HR Director.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with general carpentry, repairs, and the safe use of power and hand tools
- Active and clear driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
