Leadership role for Maintenance Custodian I at Redmond Elementary; coordinates a crew across multiple shifts with a team-based approach; entry-level proficiency in a variety of building maintenance skills; strong public relations and ability to coordinate events and building use; maintains cleanliness to mid to mastery level; trains personnel in cleaning techniques and safety; skilled in floor finish maintenance and gym floor refinishing; proficient with computers and building spreadsheets for scheduling, inventory control, purchase orders, and reports; responds to security/emergency needs and serves on the OSHA workplace safety committee; position subject to inspection by Custodial and Facilities Supervisors and the principal; works around a broad spectrum of children and adults.
