Job Summary
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust interior facilities, including restrooms, concourses, and seating areas, before, during, and after events. Monitor cleanliness throughout the venue, promptly address spills, and remove trash and recyclables to proper disposal locations. Service and supply restrooms as assigned while participating in event teardowns, which involve disassembling tables and chairs and returning spaces to their standard layout. Work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts starting between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support facility operations and event needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, with start times primarily between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- Ability to process information in an organized and efficient manner
- Ability to think and react quickly in any situation
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and climb for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead, and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, catwalks, and various levels of SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, wind, and inclement weather while performing outdoor duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in areas with varying lighting conditions, including dimly lit, flashing, theatrical, and event-production lighting environments, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels, including during concerts, sporting events, and other live entertainment events, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to safely work around large crowds and high-traffic public areas before, during, and after events with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve working at heights using ladders, catwalks, platforms, or elevated work areas with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work around cleaning chemicals, equipment, and other facility maintenance materials in accordance with safety guidelines, with or without reasonable accommodation
