Maintenance Coördinator

Organize and coordinate maintenance at a top level by leading self-executed projects and implementing structural improvements in cost, quality, and throughput. Prepare work orders, issue permits, and schedule tasks while aligning operations with internal teams and external contractors. Perform daily technical control rounds, conduct weekly client meetings, and manage monthly utility metering. Coach internal and external colleagues, oversee project execution, and maintain strict control of work order flows. Develop maintenance schedules, identify commercial opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. Produce clear reports and ensure seamless movement between technical services and operations.
