Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate all warehouse maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance planning, and facility improvements. Create, manage, and update work orders and logs to ensure accountability, while prioritizing needs based on operational impact and safety requirements. Serve as the primary contact for maintenance requests, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to schedule repairs and inspections. Monitor inventory of supplies and tools, ensuring all work complies with OSHA standards and company policies. Communicate updates, downtime, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (OT), with occasional travel to cooler and freezer areas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year production and/or warehouse experience
- preferably in a food environment
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Excellent telephone and customer service ability
- Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope
- Perform cross-functional activities
- work on a varying schedule
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support others in the department and division
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- One-year clerical experience
- Computer skills, data entry and word processing skills
